There are projects that are more than just a job. They feel right from the start – honest, harmonious, and special.
Such was the case with Fabienne and Barbara from Midlife Studio, the first specialized menopause coaching studio in Solothurn (https://www.midlifestudio.ch). From our very first meeting, it was clear to me that something truly special was emerging here. Their slogan beautifully encapsulates their philosophy: "Menopause is not an end, but a phase of development, growth, and new strength." This positive, empowering perspective permeates their entire concept, making their studio a place where women feel understood, supported, and strengthened.
Even with their initial inquiry, I felt how much mindfulness, clarity, and heart went into their approach. It wasn't just about a gift box – but about a feeling. About genuine appreciation. About a small, loving ritual for women who consciously take time for themselves. And precisely these women find a place at Midlife Studio in Derendingen where they can arrive and feel at home.
And these are precisely the kinds of projects I love at OYKAMI. That's why it was immediately clear to me: I would love to implement this project with all my heart.
No standard solution – but something that truly fits
From the beginning, it was clear:
This box must not be "off-the-shelf". Not an existing box from the shop, but a custom-made creation for Midlife Studio.
Fabienne and Barbara wanted:
- a serene, high-quality compilation
- products that truly suit the studio and its target group (women)
- Not too many products, just a lovely gift
- no kitsch, no overload
- but a harmonious, conscious experience upon opening
And that's where my work begins.
I always personally oversee such projects from A to Z – because I am convinced that a truly special outcome can emerge from very personal, close guidance, where every detail is just right and the end result feels exactly as intended.
My network – your possibilities
For this box, I deliberately did not just rely on existing products from the online shop. From the outset, it was important to me to create a selection that precisely matched the Midlife Studio concept – individual, harmonious, and high-quality down to the last detail.
Thanks to our large supplier network across Europe, I was able to specifically select and procure products that perfectly met this requirement. I personally oversaw the entire process: from coordinating various suppliers to placing orders and organizing import and customs clearance.
Every single product was carefully checked upon arrival at my studio before it was even allowed into a box. Because for me, the real work only begins when everything meets my quality standards one hundred percent – and this standard, for me, ultimately makes all the difference.
Quality first – always
A very important moment in this project:
A product that was originally planned was delivered to me – and I immediately realized: This does not 100% meet what I want for this box.
And this is where I make no compromise. Never.
I decided to return the product and find a high-quality alternative. I then integrated this new alternative. For me, this is a matter of course. Because if my name – and OYKAMI – is on it, then it really has to feel right.
Hand-assembled – with great attention to detail
Once all products have arrived at my premises and been carefully checked, the part I particularly love begins: assembling the boxes.
Each individual box is:
- hand-assembled
- carefully coordinated
- packed with great love
I consciously take my time with each box, paying attention to every detail and ensuring that everything harmonizes – from the products to the presentation. Because this is precisely where the difference is made.
So that upon opening, exactly what we planned together is palpable:
a calm, valuable moment that says: I'm thinking of you. You are important. And you deserve something truly special – something that not only looks beautiful but also brings joy in everyday life and can truly be used.
Personal delivery – because it's more than just a package
A highlight for me was definitely the moment I was able to personally deliver the finished boxes to Solothurn. I was so warmly welcomed by Fabienne – and got to see her beautiful studio, into which they have poured an incredible amount of heart and soul. The rooms are spacious, modern, and furnished with such great care – a true feel-good place where you immediately find peace and feel well taken care of.
I love getting to know my clients personally and not just working with them digitally. These encounters are what make my work so special for me and show me time and again how much heart and vision are behind each individual project.
Such encounters mean a lot to me. Because they show that behind every order are real people and real stories.
A gift that continues to give
