How can I order from OYKAMI?
It's easy: Add your desired products to your shopping cart, select the appropriate gift wrapping or gift card (if desired), and follow the checkout process.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept TWINT, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and prepayment.
Can I send multiple gift boxes to different addresses?
Yes, of course, but only one delivery address can be specified per order. For shipping to multiple recipients, please place separate orders.
Can I change my order later?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@oykami.ch – we will be happy to help you.
Are all products available from stock?
As a rule, 99% of the products you see in our shop are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Should, in exceptional circumstances, a product from a gift box be delayed, we will of course contact you and suggest a suitable alternative.
Can I have the gift delivered directly to the recipient?
Yes, of course! Simply enter the recipient's delivery address during checkout – we'll lovingly wrap everything and send the gift directly to the recipient. We don't include an invoice, of course.
Shipping and delivery
Where does OYKAMI deliver?
We currently ship within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We are currently reviewing the possibility of shipping our OYKAMI boxes to Germany.
How much are the shipping costs?
We currently offer free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein for orders over CHF 60.
When will my order be delivered?
We usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery via Swiss Post takes approximately 2–3 business days.
Gift service and personalization
Will my order be gift wrapped?
Yes – all our products are lovingly packaged in gift boxes, ribboned, and ready to give. We also offer optional gift extras like cute stuffed animals or handwritten greeting cards, which you can add for a small additional charge. You'll find all options directly in your shopping cart.
Can I include a personalized greeting?
Yes! Select the "Add greeting card" option in your shopping cart and enter your desired message – we'll handwrite your greeting on a pretty card and include it in your package.
Can I also order a customized gift box?
Yes, we offer custom-made gift boxes, or you can use our amazing configurator. Alternatively, simply send us an email to info@oykami.ch and we'll discuss together which lovingly selected products would perfectly fit into your desired box. Ideal for special occasions or personal gifts!
