Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein using Swiss Post A-Priority. Orders are processed on the same day. For the delivery of your package, we require between 2-3 working days.

At the moment, we only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, but the examination for shipping to Germany and Austria is underway. Once this option is available, we will inform you via newsletter.

Free Shipping
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free for orders worth CHF 80 or more. Shipping is done as Economy Package.

Shipping Gift Option and Greeting Card
We offer the option to ship the gift directly to the recipient. To do this, select the delivery address of the recipient. Additionally, the option "Gift card including message" can be selected. We will write the gift card with your desired text and include it in the package.

Exchange/Returns
For a defective item, we will cover the postage costs if the notification with a photo of the defective item is sent within a period of 7 days via email to info@oykami.ch. Swiss law does not provide a withdrawal period or any other right of return for online commerce after the order has been dispatched and the confirmation email has been received. Therefore, we do not accept returns. You can find further information in our terms and conditions.
